The Mental Health Program focuses on the following:

• Managing the Access to Allied Psychological Services (ATAPS) program as part of the Better Outcomes in Mental Health program (BOMH)
• Provide information for GPs and other Health Professionals regarding government mental health programs
• Informing GPs about Mental Health Skills Training education opportunities
• The Division will liaise as required with Community Mental Health Team

  Please Note: Whilst the ATAPS guidelines specify a maximum of 12 sessions are available to patients in a calendar year the Division may at times limit the maximum number of sessions available to less than 12 depending on the demand for services and available funding.
