Dr Warwick Ruscoe has been the CEO of the Southern Highlands Division since its inception in 1994. Warwick practised as a GP until 1972 and since that time he has specialised in medical administration. Warwick’s role is the management of the Division, operational and strategic planning and facilitation of the Division’s programs to support the delivery of health services to GPs and our community.
