Position available for an EXPERIENCED DOCTOR with FRACGP or equivalent to join 1 senior male and 2 female registrars at Hill Top in a purpose built surgery next to a pharmacy. The surgery is located in a Highlands village 20 minutes north of Bowral. This practice is a teaching practice including a registrar and Wollongong University medical student. We are seeking an experienced doctor with the ability to do minor surgery, some emergencies, cryotherapy, etc. There is also an opportunity to combine this position with VMO and/or Emergency work at Bowral & District Hospital which has many specialists. The on call work is light. This position could suit an ex small country town GP.

3. VR GPs required for Highland Medical Bowral
Highland Medical Services needs VR GPs for its Bowral Urgent Care Centre.
Highland Medical Urgent Care is a new concept in General Practice (in Australia) being a General Practice service for acute medical problems NOT requiring the advanced life support services of a Hospital Emergency Department. Highland Medical will be greatly expanding its Urgent Care Service during 2010 and needs VR GPs interested in accident and emergency medicine who wish to do part time work in an after hours situation. Experience with minor trauma, eye injuries, lacerations and orthopaedic treatment would be helpful.
In parallel to this we will be developing a GP Hospital in the Home concept which would be attractive to VR GPs requiring part time work for a high % return.
We expect remuneration to be very high % for the right people - and can be negotiated.
